Request Account Deletion
Users of the KarobarEasy mobile application can permanently delete their account and all associated data. We value your privacy and data autonomy.
Permanent & Irreversible
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, you will lose access to all your order history, shop details, wallet balances, and active listings. This process cannot be undone.
What will be deleted?
- User Profile (Name, Phone, Email)
- Shop & Business Profile Information
- Complete Order & Transaction History
- Uploaded Product & Profile Media
- Chat Messages & Notifications
Data Retention
As required by law and for platform security, we may retain certain records for a limited period:
- Transactional records (Invoices/Tax) may be retained as per Pakistani Tax Laws.
- Security logs for fraud prevention may be stored for up to 90 days.

Gather your registered phone number and shop details.

Await Confirmation
Verification and deletion will be completed in 7–14 business days.
